This is a lovely, very cozy, spacious apartment in an excellent location in Rome. My family (husband and 2 teens) were very comfortable here. There is plenty of space in each room and lots of windows to let in the sunlight. For those that like to sleep in, there are shutters that you can close to keep out the light. There is a roomy kitchen toward the back of the apartment where you can go have your coffee in the morning without waking anyone in the bedrooms. All of these things became very important after spending a week in London in a tiny 35 sq m apartment. We loved the location. You are surrounded by shops and restaurants and within walking distance of many of the historical signts in Rome. The cafes on neighboring streets stay open late, so if you're an early bird, a white-noise maker is helpful. A subway station is just around the corner; but the only time we used it was to get to the Vatican. Everything else is within 15 minutes walking distance or less--5 minutes to the Collesium, Santa Maria Maggiore, etc. etc. etc. Get a guide book and just start walking. There is so much to see and all within a couple of blocks of each other. One of my favorite sight was the Basilica of St. Clements--this is a 12th century church, built on a 4th century church, which in turn was built on a 1st century pagan temple. You can tour all 3 layers!!! Thank you Ippolita for going out of your way to make your apartment so comfortable for your guests!

La ubicacion de este apartamento esta buenisima, el sitio como tal es excelente, bien equipado, espacioso, fresco. La verdad me senti como una Romana, la experiencia fue muy buena, lo recomiendo.
La duenia es muy simpatica y atenta, los sitios y restauranes que estan en la zona son buenisimos.
I really recommend this apartment, the subway station is just across the street and the apartment is nice and well equipped, overall I had a great experience here.

Appartamento molto carino ed in ordine. Posizione silenziosa e comodissima a tutto. Distante poche centinaia di metri dal Colosseo e a 50 mt dalla fermata metro Cavour.
Proprietaria gentilissima, disponibile e cordiale.

Rome est une ville magnifique, l'appartement est idéalement placé, dans une rue calme, dans un quartier agréable, avec plein de petits commerces et de restaurants à promixité, au pied du métro. Il est possible de se rendre à pied aussi bien vers les sites romains (colisée, forum...) que vers la Piazza di Spagna, la Fontaine de Trévi, le Panthéon, ou la gare Termini. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, spacieux, bien décoré et bien équipé. Ippolita, la propriétaire, est adorable et d'une grande aide. Merci aussi à Roman Reference pour son efficacité. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir à Rome, Via Urbana, et de conseiller cette destination à nos amis ! Pierre, Alexandre, Xavier & Rachel
